I HAD THIS IN STORAGE AND THIS ERROR KEEPS POPPING UP 

ITS A HP PHOTOSMART C6380 

I CANT SCAN 

I CANT DO ANYTING 

I POPPED OUT THE CARTRIDGES AND RESET THEM 

UPDATED THE DRIVERS

If you have already performed the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
