HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer hangs with blue screen error B3C6AD20, lights to side of printer screen are cycling/flashing. If I unplug it for a minute it will restart and work fine for a short time, but if left inactive for a few minutes it errors out again.

Hi @ElizC

Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are getting blue control panel screen issues with your HP All-In-One Printer.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit.

Please follow the steps listed below for product reset:

1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

5. Wait at least 60 seconds.

6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.

7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. Now check the control panel display.

You may also check the steps in this document.

You may also upgrade the firmware from this link.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
