Okay I'm new here and my question is.. I had a paper jam, so shut it off removed the jam then I turned it back on and now it has a printer failure 0x6100004a. i have unplugged it, restarted it and still nothing Help

If you encounter a printer failure error 0x6100004a after clearing a paper jam, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
Turn off the Printer:
- Press the power button to turn off the printer.
Disconnect the Power Cord:
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and the power outlet.
Wait for 60 seconds:
- This allows the printer's internal memory to reset.
Reconnect the Power Cord:
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and the power outlet.
Turn on the Printer:
- Press the power button to turn on the printer.
Check for Obstructions:
- Ensure there are no paper fragments or objects inside the printer that might still obstruct the print mechanism.
