printer fait to work correct

The printer doesent print any coulor but yellow and black, have used HP original and others, nothing helps, it has only been activ fr less than a year since brand new... have not been working ever! what can I do, have mailed hp support , no answer...

To better assist you - Are you experiencing this issue while making a copy as well?

Hi Asmita!

I have tried all steps you sent me without resultat, bad resultat when copying as well. I am sorry not been able to answer erlier bacause of work and travelling without connection to internet and mail...

I have used original and other ink as well, same result!

I even drilled big holes in cartriges as air vent to see if it helped, no result. It seams as only yellow and black colour is used on printouts!
