Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have replaced the fuser on an HP Color Laserjet Enterprise MFP M577 (B5L46A) and am trying to reset the fuser counter. The manual states to go into the manage supplies menu and select reset supplies.  The only Item showing for reset is the ADF Kit.  There is no option to reset the Fuser Kit count.  Is there someway that this could have been set to not show and is there someway to bring it back?

The fuser should reset to 100% after powering ON with the new original unused fuser.

It does, with new fuser.  But there is nothing wrong with the old fuser and no reason to replace it with a new one.  I would like to operate the printer with no error message.  There should be a way to do so.  As the saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The fuser might not be broken, and the printer continues to work, but if you overuse it, you risk additional costs.

You can try turning off the threshold messages through the embedded webserver of the printer. Not sure that will change behavior when the fuser count reaches zero.
