printer won't print. new ink cartridges, but keeps going back to read old ink levels, message, "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, the on. If problem percists, contact HP."  I have done all of that. I have taken the cartriged in/out, on/off, unplug/plug back in. removed the seating that the cartridges are in, replace it (careful not to touch the sensors). printer was back on line for a moment, ink levels were correct, printed one print job, then went back to the same error. nothing has worked to bring it back to working

Hello, 

 

Below listed are possible solutions to fix the Printhead problem error on your printer.

Solution one: Reset the printer
Solution two: Reseat the printhead
Solution three: Replace the printhead
Solution four: Service the printer
