Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

everytime i try to print something, my printer goes to start but ends up just spitting out 2 1/2 pieces of paper and says out of paper. i push the button to tell it that it has paper and it does it all over again. i ran the scan/print doc on it and got an error saying that they had an error and cant complete the 'doctor visit'. My printer is barley a year old. PLEASE HELP or im gonna throw this thing in the river!!

The printer might need a good cleaning / maintenance.

If you have not done so,

Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC /Optional  Foxit Reader)

HINT:  Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software

 

NOTE:  Adobe Reader DC software can be installed even if you do not normally open / view / print PDF files directly from the Adobe Reader DC software.
