when I try to print my document the printer shoots out three blank pages and gives me an error message

I understand how frustrating it must be to see blank pages come out instead of your document, especially with an error message stopping the job. To narrow this down properly, could you share a few details about your setup:

  • Which HP printer model are you using?
  • What operating system is the computer connected to (Windows 11, macOS, etc.)?
  • Does the error message display on the printer’s screen or on your computer, and what exactly does it say?
  • Have you recently changed cartridges or paper type before this started happening?
  • Does the issue occur with all documents or only with certain files/applications?

With this information, we can isolate whether the problem is related to the printer hardware, the driver/software, or the document itself. Could you describe what you see when the error appears?
