printer only prints information page; i light flashing; no paper jam

hp deskjet 4100 barely used won't print anything other than information page

infromation page not showing any issues

The information light is blinking

i followed the instructions for paper jams; there isn't one

there is something in the panel to the right of the 0 but it does not match any of the images in the manual - it it two bars but they are black; cartridges are new (information page printing beautifully)

this is happening regardless of OS (windows and iOS) and regardless of bluetooth versus cable

on computer the doc is in the queue and am informed it is printing , nothing happens on printer, and then on comouter told print failed

Check carefully for any foreign objects, debris, or bits of paper that might be obstructing the printer's mechanisms. Use a flashlight if needed to get a better view.
