Hi, my printer is not working properly. Even with a small 2MB PDF, it prints gibberish, or I get an error message say the device it out of memory. I've tried, unplugging, restarting. I've tried plugging my computer directly into the printer rather than going wireless. Not sure what else to do.
How can I trouble shoot this?
it's a HP M377dw and I use a MacBook Pro and my kids use a PC laptop

If you are using this as a fax machine it is possible that saved faxes are eating up too much memory. On the control panel, go to setup menus and under fax there should be an option to delete saved faxes.

A wrong driver can cause this issue as well. Make sure that all the computers printing to the device are using the correct driver. You may need to uninstall and install the printers over again.
