WIFI is connected however the information Icon still shows a static orange light which implies that there is no connection to the pc. I have tried downloading updates a few times but yet it still wont connect

Please help me with the below details -

 

  1. What is the printer model and serial number? Click here to know how to get the serial number from your product.
  2. Which PC do you have and the operating system on it with the version? 
  3. From when are you facing this issue?
  4. Were there any changes made to the router or the network connection by the Internet Service Provider?
  5. Are you trying to add the Printer to your PC using HP Smart?
  6. Is there a solid blue light on the printer next to the Wifi Icon?
