HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w

Dear sir,
 I have to inform you that, i bought printer hp never stop laser MFP 1200w  . i am from surat city in gujarat so i want to say that we use only hp products last 15 years , my printer has issue of power or some else . i give it to cps technologies before 1 month but there is no any solution , and he told me that part's cant available in market because this is new model. if this printers part's cant available in market then why you make such type of printer. we are really not satisficed with your service. we just fade up with this printer and your dealers in surat city can not repair our printer last 1 month. we didn't expect form your hp service. so please look into this matter as soon as possible.

To assist you better, what is the issue with the printer?

 

If the printer has power related issues and is not powering on, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP printer does not turn on

 

You need not send the printer to a third-party service center if the printer is under warranty.

 

If the issue persists,

  • I've sent you a private message with further instructions to resolve this issue.
