Hi @ACROME ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP Envy 6432e printer is not connecting to your new Wi-Fi network, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure that your new Wi-Fi network is up and running, and that you have the correct SSID (network name) and password.
- Restart Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Reconfigure Wi-Fi Settings on Printer: On your printer's control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings or network settings menu. Look for the option to set up a new Wi-Fi connection. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the SSID and password for your new Wi-Fi network.
- Reset Printer Network Settings: If reconfiguring the Wi-Fi settings doesn't work, you may need to reset the printer's network settings to default. Refer to your printer's manual or support documentation for instructions on how to do this.
- Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength: Ensure that your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router and that the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough for the printer to connect. If the signal is weak, consider moving the printer closer to the router.
- Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve compatibility issues and improve connectivity.
- Restart Router: Sometimes, the issue may be with the Wi-Fi router itself. Try restarting your router and see if the printer can connect afterward.
- Connect via WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup): If your router supports WPS, you can try connecting your printer to the Wi-Fi network using the WPS method. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
- Check for Interference: Nearby electronic devices, such as cordless phones, microwave ovens, or other wireless devices, can sometimes interfere with Wi-Fi signals. Try moving such devices away from your printer and router.
