I understand that your printer is displaying a “Timeout” error, which is preventing you from using the printer as expected. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing.

To better understand the issue and provide the appropriate troubleshooting steps, could you please share:

  • A clear picture of the error message displayed on the printer or computer.
  • The printer’s Product Number (P/N), which can usually be found on the printer’s information label.

Once we have these details, we can further investigate the issue and guide you with the appropriate resolution.
