Hi @no5005,

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP printer is showing error code 0x6100004a and no longer pulls paper or prints, even though Wi-Fi is connected and Windows 11 is working. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Power reset to clear mechanical faults
Turn the printer on, then unplug the power cord from the rear while it is still on.
Wait 60 seconds, reconnect directly to a wall outlet, and power it back on.

Check for paper or obstruction inside the printer
Open the ink access door and the rear access door (if present).
Use a flashlight to look for jammed paper scraps, labels, or debris near the rollers.

Manually free the carriage (if stuck)
With the printer powered off and unplugged, gently try moving the ink carriage left and right.
If it does not move freely, there is likely a mechanical blockage causing the error.

Clean the paper feed rollers
Remove all paper from the input tray.
Use a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water to clean visible rollers, then let them dry completely.

Reset ink cartridges
Remove all ink cartridges and leave the printer powered on for 2 minutes.
Reinstall the cartridges firmly and close the access door.

Perform a printer hardware reset
Unplug the printer while it is powered on.
Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds, then reconnect the power cable and turn it on.

Check printer status in Windows 11
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Remove the printer, restart the PC, then add the printer again to clear stuck print states.

I hope this helps.
