HP office jet 3830, connected to iPad and desktop computer, prints okay from computer. In last week if I try to print from iPad the printer says not connected. I was able to print a test page and was okay, but nothing else from iPad will print. Help.

Don't know what happened, I went to use my printer from my computer and all the lights were blinking. I pushed the power button on the printer the blinking stopped and I once again had the solid lights on the printer. So I tried printing from my iPad and it now works.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having problems printing.

Try restarting your apple device - It's a simple fix that sometimes helps re-establish the connection to the printer.

Other things to check would be that there have been no recent changes to the wifi password.

I already restarted my iPad, did not help. No changes to wifi password either.

Any chance I should reinstall the printer? And how do I go about doing that?
