HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 (Product: 1KR42A) is getting stuck upon turning the power onThe HP logo appears with the loading bar below it, but gets frozen. The logo is animated for a few seconds then freezes. 

I have tried unplugging the power (overnight) holding down the power button and checking to make sure there are no jams and the carriage moves freely. 

How do I factory reset the printer please?

I understand you are getting stuck on your HP Printer screen. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hi the solution you sent me referred to pressing buttons to reset.  Sorry but unless im missing the obvious there are no buttonsIMG_0213.jpeg.  I’m stuck on the start up screen.
