Hello, everyone...I hope someone might have some input. The printer works great, but unfortunately has always been a bit finicky with connection issues. Now it won't go beyond this obnoxious flashing display telling me to turn it off and then on....
I have attempeted a couple of different resets, but with no success.
Thanks in advance!

Good morning,
The link led me to replace the power cord and that most definitely did the trick. It now gets beyond the original error screen...however, now my printer displays a new error: "paper jam". I've checked all areas of the printer(aside from disassembling the entire unit) and I can't see anything obstructions.
I'm wondering if the printer is just plain wacky and needs to be replaced OR if this can be troubleshot and/or repaired at a minimal cost...
Thanks in advance
