Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I changed print cartridges and hit the "align" button.  Every attempt comes back "alignment unsuccessful".  I tried unplugging the printer (as advised by Virtual Assistant but that did not correct the problem.  Any help would be appreciated.
