I have the HP Envy 6052e All in one printer. Suddenly it's not printing and the light remains solid amber. I've tried the diagnostic tools multiple times & it only tells me I can't print until the problem is solved. Really? It just doesn't say what is wrong & the fixes don't work. And a couple of times it said there was a problem with one of my print cartridges but it's not consistent on the cartridges. I do have genuine hp cartridges. When trying to print it acts like it's going to print but then nothing happens. Please help. Thanks

Hi @weebo,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to print.
Try the below suggestions -
Lightbar glows amber
The light bar glows amber if there is a printing error. Look at the other lights on the printer to find and resolve the error you are experiencing.
- Paper tray light also blinks
- Cartridge access door light blinks, Ink cartridge light is on, Cancel and Resume buttons are on
- Cartridge access door and Ink cartridge light blink, Cancel button is on, Resume button is off
- Cartridge access door light is on, Ink cartridge light is off, Cancel and Resume buttons are off
- Cartridge access door light blinks fast, Ink cartridge light blinks fast, Cancel button is on, Resume button is off
For instructions refer to -Blinking Lights and Error Codes
Light bar blinks amber fast
The light bar flashes amber and LEDs on the printer blink fast. This is a serious printer error. Turn the printer off, and then turn it on or do a hard reset as follows:
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait for 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
Wait for the printer to fully turn on. The Edge lighting will turn from green to blue-white/white.
If the error persists,
