After getting blue screen error codes several times, trying to restart the printer, removing and reconnecting the power cords on both sides, now my printer wont power on at all. I think I need a reset but don't know how if the printer wont even power on. Sometimes if I leave the cord disconnected on both sides, I will reconnect it and it turns on again with the blue screen error code but I can't access any other menu options, the lights are not on and pressing is unresponsive, but if I restart the printer it either wont come back on or just comes on with another blue screen error number. Now mostly it will come back blue and hitting the power button just makes the printer go dark and it wont power on again at all. It was working perfectly just before this error message suddenly appeared. For a while, restarting just brought back a new error code number, but now it only appears after a period of being disconnected and when it comes back, pressing the start button just makes it go off and unresponsive again.

Hi @LazzaB,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that this is a Hardware issue as the printer is not powering on after trying several steps. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
