After test print, I attempted to connect to another computer. My printer stop printing. I received the following message: "Finish printer setup to enable printing." I performed 1) HP sign up, diagnosis, virtual chat, and resetting all to no avail. please help!

I had the exact same issue as you described and the fix is 100% that you have to register for the ink.  If you skipped this step, I am assuming this will resolve what happened.

I saw another similar thread on these boards that had a couple dozen steps, but I am fairly certain the only one that matters is registering for the ink (select plan, provide address, provide CC).  

You can cancel after 48hrs.  But this step seems mandatory... good luck...
