Microsoft Windows Server 2019

good day

I'm currently running 13 printers on windows server 2019[mfp  inkjet P77940dns,E77650dns, laserjets E87650, E87640]..recently I've been having an issue with users printing Jpeg format photos as the printer prints out gibberish stuff with one page saying "@PJL Enter LANGUAGE=PCLXL"..I've tried resolving the issue by uninstalling the virtual queues and reinstalling them but the problem comes back again after a few days.The printers are currently run through papercut MF and the jpeg print jobs keep on reprinting to the holding station as a system print directed to a physical Queue of choice. can someone please assist with this issue as the other files print just fine with no problems.
