Product: Officejet Pro 8625

On the display screen at the top next to a blue question mark it says 

? Missing or Failed Printhead

 

solution 1-reinstall the printheads

solution 2- contact support

@rusty4christ, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you have already tried the steps from this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
