hp officejet7500A wide format

hi I've just bought an officejet 7500A wide format printer, I'm trying to get it to print A3 and nowhere on the page set up do i have that option. please somebody help as i bought the printer specifically so i could print A3 as i design papercuts and need that option. thanks for listening to me waffle on.

Thanks for using the HP forum.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for Windows 8 (not 8.1): 

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-7500a-wide-format-e-all-in-one-printer-...


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

 

The A3 option should be there.

hello,

 

I just wanted to say a massive thank you and i love you,

its taken me two days of trying to sort the bloomin thing out,

ive been poorly so patience levels were very thin on the ground, i was on the verge of tears,

i'm a crafter and make papercut pictures ,and i was wanting to print and make larger designs now i can. i'm a very happy person and hp are very lucky to have you.
