printer failing to print all pages from outlook, on a 4 page document its print the last page in full then stops half way through the next page leaving the remainder of the page blank, shows a paper jam. will print multiple pages using word or PDF, and will even copy pages fine.
I have checked for paper jam, even in the underneath section, nothing present.
I have hard reset the printer.
I have done a complete uninstall and reinstalled from start including to the wireless network all after all other updates re any
programs where complete.
obviously if it prints fine from other programs it must be to do with outlook since the latest windows 10 update, but how do I fix this?

@mummymoore, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.
To isolate the issue, I would suggest you try the Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:
• Go to Control Panel - Devices and Printers - Click on "Add a printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
• When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.
• Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.
Refer to this document HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver for help.
If the issue still persists after trying out the steps, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Microsoft office application.
Hope this helps!

Added programs and new drivers all installed again to no help with the particular email i was trying to print.
turns out the problem was one particular email with external email alerts on it that kept causing the problem.
no idea how i fix that but at least the printer is printing everything else and is all up to date.
many thanks for your help
