Hi just would like a bit of info please . when i print on transfer paper it is coming out felling ruff but when i print on plan paper its all ok but on transfer it's ruff and doesn't seam to stick to the paper. i checked on the inter net about not printing right and it said something about screen mesh so i just wounder if you could help me with this issure please.

Could you let us know from when this issue started? Was it printing fine before?
You can try these steps:
Restart the Printer
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
3. Wait for 30 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back in.
5. Turn on the printer.
Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
Make sure you are using the right settings, refer this guide: HP print settings guide | HP® Support
