I am trying to print my Christmas address labels using Microsoft Word / access , my HP deskjet 2540 onto Avery labels (A4 paper). The printer reduces the scale of the page to about 90% so only the top line fits the labels. If I could alter the scale to 100% my addresses would fit the labels. How can I change the scale to 100%. (Last year it worked fine but I must have done something during the year to change things!)
