I had asked this question before and never got an answer.  is there a way to do a universal adjustment of the printer alignment? When printing any sort of label, document, image, and from any application it is shifted about 1/8 in to the left instead of being centered on the page. I can workaround by manually adjusting the margins on every document or label so it shifts slightly right but that is really not a practical solution.

From the control panel, go to system setup>print quality>adjust alignment which allows you to adjust image placement on the paper from each tray. When you select it will print an information sheet on how to perform the adjustment and then a page that shows the alignment grid. Follow the instructions and you can adjust your trays.
