printing with smears/smudges/marks

Hello.

I have had this printer a while and not had any issues as of yet.

Lately when printing anything it always seems to smear or smudge, or do something else, if i print the same document numerous times its always different where smears or smudges appear, rarely i will get a clean document.

I have cleaned the cartridges and done all the alignment tools etc 

My cartridges have plenty of ink

Please help

Follow this document which will provide you step by step instructions. By the end of the document I'm sure the issue would be resolved. 🙂  

This should do the trick for you.Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue.
