Product: all in 1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

after changing ink cart. was asked to update software. but i keep getting an error msg that the wireless printer can not be instaled. i tried all the sugetions on the site. nothing works. (BTW the printer worked with new cart. before instaling)

  • Provide the printer model number or the product number?
