HP DeskJet 2652

Ok, imagine this I just got the deskjet 2652 in the 2600  series each time I try to print from my computers it will not work OS are 7, 10. I have never had a problem with any of the other printers that I have purcashed. ( Was this a mistake to get the HP brand).

Welcome to HP Support Community

Are you getting any error messages while printing?

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if that prints out fine

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.

    HP Printer Assistant opens.

  3. Click Print & Scan, and then click Maintain Your Printer.

    The printer toolbox opens.

  4. On the Device Services tab, click Print Quality Diagnostics Page.

A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
