@canaiolo

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

With determination and perseverance to assist! 😉

I understand you need support, and I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I'll need more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: Click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

To thank me for my efforts to help you,

feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon

And Have a great day Ahead!

@canaiolo

Thank you for getting back to us with the details,

I also needed to know if the same issue occurs while printing via the copier as a stand-alone device.

While you respond to that, here's what I need you to do if the copier works fine: Click here for instructions

(If the issue persists on copier as well, this could be a hardware malfunction, please let me know if the printer is within the HP warranty and if not, perhaps, you could send me a private message with the location or region you are contacting us from, here's how private messages work: Click here to know.

I hope that answers your query,

If it did, simply select "Accept as solution", to help the community grow,

And if you wish to thank us for our efforts, click on the thumbs up for kudos.

Have a great day ahead.
