Printer: HP Photosmart B209a-m

Computer: HP Vista

 

I followed all the directions for turning printer off and on; off, uplug, plugging in, and restarting. Rebooted computer. Still have message for Ink System Failure. What next?

I see the post is old but I have now encounterred the same error.  The link 'here' just goes to the general support page where you start all over identifying your product, etc, etc, etc.  Do you have a new link to reference that takes us to the document that specifically addresses this error?

I have done everything as mentioned and still my printer will only print  once in a while.  This is fustrating.  I always use

Hp ink.  This does not make since.
