Can anyone assist why this is going on?  I am able to print successfully to my printer but in the logs this is showing up:

"Cannot Contact LDAP Server"

I am not sure if this is related but, I cannot see my print jobs in my printer server logs for this printer either.

Thank you in advance

This printer only uses an LDAP server for either accessing your address book for lookups when sending email, you would have to configure this, or for user verification if using an authentication method that requires login with active directory credentials. One of those must be on. LDAP has nothing to do with seeing print logs.
