The HP software that was included with my all in one printer is called HP Solution Center. The problem that I am having is that the "Low on Ink" message comes up every time I use my computer to check email or create a new Word or Excel document. It comes up even after I change to a new cartridge and is very annoying, since I have to continually close it to keep working.
Is there any way to turn the warning off or disable it so that it's not constantly in my face, even when the ink levels are fine?
I think I could disable HP Solution Center, but then I would lose it's capability to help me with scanning a document.
