I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015. I am still using the original ink cartridges that came with the printer. A message is now displayed that states:
Low on ink
HP Instant Ink - Ink ordered by your printer, delivered to your door! Visit www.hpinstantink.com/loi
There's an "Ok" button, but nothing happens when I push it other than a click.
I have no interest in subscribing to Instant Ink.
How do I make this go away?
Thanks
Sam

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's remove web services:
To remove Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings). 2. Touch Remove Web Services

Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
