HP ENVY 6420e All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

After recently changing cartridges my printer wont print and the only message i get is "Printer Cannot Print". Ive manage to make it print out different information sheets but everytime i try to properly print something from my macbook i get that same error. I dont think the problem lies in the cartridges, but thats the only recent change i can think of since i last managed to use it. Ive attached a photo below of the error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I understand that you are unable to print, I am glad to assist you.

  • Which application are you using to print?
  • Did you try to print from a different application and check if that prints fine?
