Help! I am getting the message "Printer Failure - There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, call HP." on my Officejet Pro 8600 Plus.
Tried this multiple times. Also tried as per forum, pull the plug first before turning off. Also tried reseating the printhead 3x as per https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8600-e-all-in-one-printer-series-n911/4322914/...
Can't update printer firmware as I can't get out of the Printer Failure message. Problem persists. Any other suggestions?
