@NChristian, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
If you have used the new set of ink cartridges in the printer and have the same error, this could be a hardware issue with the printer.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
If the error persists, please contact the Instant Ink team for replacement/service options of the printer. the contact information can be found on the Instant Ink home page.
