Hello,

I encountered a problem with prints with random lines, blanks, pics attached below.

It seems to happen randomly, but constantly. At first it happened when prints only from Dell Inspiron laptop, I thought it was driver issue so I tried uninstall, reset everything i can think of, now  all prints seem to have the same problem.

Copying using button on the printer is having the same problem, but only on the color copying. The black&white copying works fine.

Is it possible that this symptom come from bad carriages? Any comment would be helpful.

Regards,
Khanin

" just change the printhead", and that's it. Problem solved.
