Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

When I try to print a picture is it ok with the red in the beginning then turns to magenta. The cartridges are all original HP and not empty. I tried to use the HP support but it still doesn't work. Did someone managed to solve this problem ?
