Imprimante HP Officejet Pro 8100 N811A

Mon imprimante ne reconnaît plus la tête d’impression, j’ai le message suivant :

Tête d’impression : Manquante, défectueuse ou incompatible.

Sur le display, la tête d’impression et les cartouches clignotent. J’utilise des cartouches HP.

J’ai essayé de réinitialisé  l’imprimante, vu dans votre forum mais en vain, j’ai tjs les voyants allumées.

J'ai besoin d'aide pour réinitialiser l'imprimante en version usine. 

Pouvez-vous s'il vous plaît me guider?

J'ai changé la tête d'impression, et c'est pareil.

HP Officejet Pro 8100 N811A Printer

My printer no longer recognizes the print head, I get the following message:

Printhead Missing, defective or incompatible.

On the display, the print head and cartridges flash. I use HP cartridges.

I tried to reset the printer, seen in your forum but to no avail, I still have the lights on.

I replaced the HP print head I still have the same problem

I need help resetting the printer to FACTORY.

Can you please guide me?

I am humain, sorry for my english, i use HP since more 30  years Compaq Server Proliant, and my computer is a HP, 

Your anwsers is not good for me, HP officejet pro 8100 have a bug and i would know how to do factory reset.
