Hello, I have a Envy 5540 printer and when I replaced the ink cartridges I get the error message "remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed". The replacements are genuine HP cartridges, I have tried cleaning the contacts and doing the unplugging of the mains plug routine, I have tried many times these suggestions but it still shows the error message and I can not print.

Please HP help me fix this so I can print my documents.
