HP Recommended

Added printer to Windows 10 and now printer stuck in initializing.  Printer worked fine on iMac before adding printer to Windows 10.  I have tried the other options of unplugging, holding the red X and start buttons and still stuck in initializing.  Read on HP community site that reset NVRAM might be what is needed.  How to get NVRAM?
