Product: HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

I can't remember my admin password for my deskjet  3630 and I tried resetting but, I having problem doing so.  I don't know what the factory password was either.  My wifi ssid changed as well as the password and now I can't get the  printer to go on the wireless network.  I am trying to fix that issue by going into the direct internet address for printer.  I can't do anything until I can have access to the printer settings.  Please help.  So discouraged.  I have medical issues and it is hard to be connected via usb which doesn't help me change the SSID and password within my printer setting.
