scanner setup on the mac for hp 6700

I get this message when open the web page of officejet 6700

it say administator needs to enable the scanning

how ever there is no option under settings to enable webscan

running macbook pro and catalina

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
