Hi @nattttttae,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the error code OXB8093B62 on your HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer, combined with a blinking screen and inability to return to the home screen, may indicate a firmware or communication issue.
Here's a series of steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Power Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Unplug the power cable from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cable back into the printer and the wall outlet.
- Turn the printer back on and see if the blinking stops and if you can access the home screen.
Step 2: Update the Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
Since this issue may be related to firmware, updating it can often fix such errors.
- Go to HP's support site and check if a firmware update is available for your printer model.
- Download and install the firmware update using your Windows 11 PC. You can also use the HP Smart app to check for updates.
- Restart the printer after the update.
Step 3: Check for Driver Updates
- Open the Device Manager on your PC.
- Under Print queues, locate your HP OfficeJet printer.
- Right-click on it and select Update driver.
- Follow the instructions to install any new driver updates.
Step 4: Check for Network Connectivity Issues
Sometimes, scanning errors are due to network issues.
- Ensure that both your printer and PC are connected to the same WiFi network.
- Reconnect the printer to WiFi by using the HP Smart app if necessary.
Step 5: Factory Reset the Printer (Last Resort)
If the issue persists and you can't access the home screen:
- On the printer, hold down the power button and the cancel button together for 10-15 seconds.
- This should initiate a factory reset, restoring your printer to its default settings.
Note: A factory reset will remove any custom settings on the printer (WiFi settings, etc.).

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
