No context - that is, we do not know what you are doing, trying to do, what is not working...

For example, 

  • Is the document set to 100% and you don't want it set that way?
  • Is the document something you are viewing on your browser and you cannot find Page Setup to adjust the scale?
  • Is the software you are using lack suitable Page Size controls? (For example, some mobile apps are pretty restrictive about "size")

Assuming

  • Full Feature Software for the printer is installed,
  • You have access to the document (it is on your computer, for example)

Try consider

 

Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC /Optional  Foxit Reader)

  • HINT: Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software
  • Adobe Reader DC software should be installed even if you do not open / view / print PDF files directly from the software.
