i have an hp envy 6055e. the printer was fine today and i printed a couple things, then turned the printer off. hours later when i turned it back on and tried to print again, it would not print. i tried over and over to print different things. nothing would print. i canceled all print jobs and cleared the queue. i tried to do a factory reset on the printer and suddenly several lights started blinking. the cancel light, resume light, number counter light, and the cartridge access door light were all blinking.

 

i managed to get them to stop blinking, but now the status light is solid amber and i cannot connect to wifi at all. please do not suggest the hp smart app because i am unable to use it. i just want to know whats wrong with the printer. why is it amber? why cannot i not connect to wifi? how do i move a device from one account to another when i do not have access to the account? i am panicking here. i have been messing with this all night.
